Animated GIFs Now Play in Outlook

Fix for GIFs Not Playing or Animated Issue in Microsoft Outlook

Enable Animation from Settings

Users of Outlook for Office 365 prior to version 2008 can now play animated GIFs in their emails. To enable this feature, go to File > Options > Advanced. In the Display section, check the box to Play animated GIFs.

Note that Outlook does not have a native way to insert GIFs into emails. However, any GIF that is inserted will now animate as expected.
